Cancellation Policy for Leggs-UK.com

At Leggs UK, part of BP IMPERIAL SA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation Period

The cancellation period will expire 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, physically takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

Effects of Cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel the contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us at an address we will provide, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
